Someone once called me the Princess of Procrastination. I was thrilled. Me! A princess!
I have always stuck to Mark Twain's adage ‘Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow'. The problem is, tomorrow never comes, does it? When you wake in the morning it’s today again.
I guess that’s why I haven’t produced any mini-me’s just yet. I even procrastinate when it comes to procreation.

One good thing about procrastination is that I always have something to look forward to. Except when I buy new shoes with my credit card which is probably my worst procrastivity - hey, I just invented a word!
Rosey I suffer from selective procrastination for there are things I must do today and those that can surely wait. In fact I rather like your new word Procrastivity. Try to get Keith and your friends at the pub to use it and maybe with a bit of effort we can get it into the Oxford dictionary in a few years time.
ReplyDeleteRosey you are a genius - of course tomorrow becomes today - a riddle worthy of Hatter...enjoy those shoes..are they ruby ones..try clicking your heels three times and see where you venture!
ReplyDeleteChuckles! Yes, you take it in a lighter mood. So long as it is not material it is ok to procrastinate!
